Rajhenavski Rog Urwald

Rajhenavski Rog is one of the best known primeval forests in Kočevsko. Approx. 50 ha of land is dominated by fir and beech trees. Specific features of the forest are high timber stocks, mighty trees, bird species not found elsewhere, and a diverse community of fungi and small animals that decompose deadwood. It can be admired from the marked path, which is part of the Roška footpath, but like other primeval forests, we do not enter it.
