Slaščičarna Medo (Confectionery Medo)

Slaščičarna Medo is located in the center of Kočevje and is a popular meeting place for sweets for many generations. Their offer includes excellent coffee and many desserts - custard tarts, cakes and ice cream.

Slaščičarna Meda is run by Besir, who represents the third generation of confectioners in the family, and took over management of the shop in 2007 from his father, who opened the confectionary in 1997.

 Slaščičarna Medo has received the quality certificate O, Kočevsko! for the cheesecake with forest fruits, made from local ingredients.
