TIC Kočevska Reka and the Škrilj Bunker assembly point

The Tourist Information Centre Kočevska Reka offers information for tourists and free publications about the tourist services of the region of Kočevsko. The TIC also promotes and sells products made by local craftsmen, and it is possible to book various activities and events, which are carried out in the area of ​​the destination of Kočevsko.
The Tourist Information Centre Kočevska Reka is also an info point and an assembly point for the underground Škrilj Bunker. The Bunker was built in 1957 in support of the nearby military facilities in Gotenica. For a long time, it was a strictly confidential secret, but today, with prior notice, it is accessible to the public.

TIC Kočevska Reka is open on MON, WED and THUR from 8 am to 3 pm and TUE from 11 am to 6 pm. On SAT and SUN it is only open by prior arrangement.
